Here's everything you need to know about our shipping and return policy:

Shipping & Tracking Information: Please allow 7-14 business days for an ordered item to be made and shipped. All orders will be shipped with USPS priority shipping & a tracking number will be provided.

All packages are insured. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen package. 

If there is any special circumstance please email fashionahelp@gmail.com with your name, along with the order number in the subject line and the reason for the issue in the body of the email.

Return Policy: We currently have a no-return policy due to our pieces being made to order. Please refer to the size chart, check your measurements, and view all product details before placing an order.

30-Day Exchange Window: We offer a generous 30-day exchange window from the date of delivery. This gives you plenty of time to try on your new Fashioná pieces, ensuring they fit perfectly into your wardrobe.

 

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please let our customer service team know. They will assist you in finding the perfect replacement and arrange for the exchange to be promptly shipped to you.

Non-Exchangable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, and swimwear cannot be exchanged unless they are defective or damaged.
